Recently used them, parts appear to be nice quality and were delivered quickly.

Bought a lot of parts from them. Just ordered some today. Only problem I had was with some door glass fuzzy strips that I had to modify to fit ('59 F100), but they are just the supplier not the maker.

I've bought thousands worth of model a ford parts from them but never falcon stuff.

I really dislike the usability of their web site, it is bottom of the barrel imho, but if you know what you want and can some how find it on there the the rest they do well.

Mac's is only 70 miles west from where I live. Last winter I decided to take a ride up to buy some parts and to check out the store. I went up with 500 bux cash in my pocket and a long list of parts that I wanted to buy. Long story short the guy behind the counter made me feel like I was wasting his time and because I have a Falcon and not a model A or a Fairlane then I wasn't worth his time. That was the last time that I bought from them. After that I purchased the rest of my parts from Falcon Parts.Com in Cali. Great people, always nice over the phone, good prices, fast shipping.

I have ordered from them several times.shipping is fast and quality has been decent. even though they recentley updated their web site It is still not enjoyable to use. Lately I only use MACS when I can't get it from falconparts.com.

Used them several times for various parts for my 65 Comet. Good prices, reasonable shipping costs and good availability. They are my preferred source.

Not bad. They always have to backorder at least 1 item from my order every time. But at least they let you know when to expect it.

While their website can be difficult to find things on and their prices are usually a little higher, I have had overall good luck with them. I recently ordered some parts and left a message in my online order form that if any parts were on back order to please let me know via email. Bright and early the next morning, they emailed me that indeed, one of the parts was back ordered and that they needed to hear back from me on how I wanted them to handle that. I wrote back and told them to send what they had and cancel the back ordered part. Again, they responded quickly and informed me that they would do exactly that - and they did! THAT is exactly the kind of service I expect. Mac's will always be one of my first choices for Falcon parts.

Ive bought a bunch from Mac's. Great CS, but Ive noticed some of the Chrome Items flake or dont last long. Ive ordered thier 63-65 Sun Visors and they went right back. Not even close, they were a hard foam pressed design. No problem returning them.

Ive used Mac's for at least 15 years and found them to be a good source.

Mac's is also a big supporter of the Falcon Nationals.
