Ron and Rosie have been very helpful. As an example, They ship UPS, which recently converted to dimensional shipping charges. As a result, my recent order including a tank to pump fuel line was going to be over $110 to ship. Rosie called the day after I ordered online and explained this to me. After removing the fuel line, shipping was only $34. She called to confirm whether I was willing to pay this shipping before she ever billed the account. Other places might have charged my card, waited a few days, then call and say "oh by the way", if they called at all. I really apprecciated this level of commitment to the customer.

Always great service, and good parts. The one time they got an order wrong (forgot a part) they offered to overnight me the missing part when I called.

My only wish is that they were better about noting what will and won't interchange with the Comet.

I have had excellent service from Falconparts. Bought a lot of parts from them when I completely rebuilt my 64. The only thing I got from them that was not quite right was the door seals. They fit perfectly but were made out of too firm rubber. Makes the doors real hard to close.

I've had only great service from them. The 2 times there was a glitch, they were happy to try and accommodate me as best they could and I was satisfied. They have an excellent stock of parts and shipping is always very quick. Lately I've tried to hold purchases to get at the Nats to avoid shipping.

I had another great experience with them. I ordered some parts and one was on backorder. They shipped what they had and then shipped the other when they got it on and only charged me one time for shipping. Great people to work with!

Ron & Rosie have been a great source of parts & information for me over the course of about 3 cars.
With me being in Australia, a lot of things for the early Falcons are very similar or the same, but it has required a lot of research & not a few questions to sort out compatibility prior to ordering.
Big thankyous from over here!

Edit: Bloody hell, that's 100 posts. Wooohooo for me!! :)

I'm a new Futura owner ('65) and bought some interior bits and pieces and they were shipped very quickly and exactly as promised! Nice folks and great service.

I'll be back!

Very, VERY nice people. I have ordered many, many items from them. The most memorable was the idler arm/tie rod end I needed for my car. They had the best price. The thing was I called towards the end of the day, and if it didn't get shipped out, It wouldn't get here until after the 4th of July, and there was a car show the weekend of the 7th - 9th. 100 mile trip (something like that; maybe a little more. 2 hours.). So, if I got it after the 4th, I'd get it installed, and have very little time to make sure everything was A. O.K. before venturing fourth on the car show trip. Rosie personally made sure it got to UPS for me, and I recieved it NEXT DAY AIR in like 18 hours....It was awesome! Went to bed and there it was the next day from Cali all the way to Wisconsin.

I have bought from them twice and both times I have benn extreamly happy with the quallity of the parts, the service and delivery time. Being I'm in NY and Macs Ford is only 60 miles away I would rather do business with Falcon parts. My last trip to Macs was not a plesent one.
