I've ordered a couple times from falconparts.com a few times now, and have been overall satisfied. Shipping is average, but not as quick as a big place like Jegs. My last order was an air cleaner that I got Saturday afternoon (2/20) and the box was damaged. They shipped it in its original box, with no packing material or second box. The lid was tweaked a little, but it straightened out easily enough by hand. No big deal, and I'm not going to do anything, but mildly irritating.

Had an issue with a brand new brake cable that broke during install when i was setting the correct tension.
After mailing some pics and describing what happend, Rosie send me a new one the next day, no questions asked.
Top service!

A definite praise to their customer service.
I will definitely buy from them again.

After trying most of the vendors, I now always check Falconparts.com first. Great service, great parts, and a great website. Usually a little less expensive than others too.

I think my last purchase was a speedo cable for my '65 T-10. I had a stiff, almost-too-short one from a different supplier, and it had no floor seal with it. I got the longer, MUCH more flexible one with a foam floor seal from Falconparts, and it works beautifully.

I use them several times a year. I find their shipping to be slow. The last order took 9 days to arrive after the order was placed. Overall, they are great and I've been satisfied so far.
