i believe i have a 64 8" rear, here is the tag info
WCZ-A2
3 25 3HC 521

Can you guys decode this? thanks

Not absolutely certain but I think you are right. 8" 3.25 to 1 open.

The 3HC is the date code 3 = 1963, H = 8th month (August), and C = Week (third week) This would be correct for a 64 model as the new cars came out in September back then.
